2. Use of the Site

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Site under the supervision of someone who is, to place an order or submit a quote request.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting quote requests, dealer applications, or order details.
  • You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting unauthorized access, scraping content, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

3. Products and Pricing

  • Product descriptions, specifications, images, and finishes are provided as accurately as possible, but minor variations (due to manufacturing batches, screen display, or ongoing product updates) may occur.
  • Most products on the Site are listed as “Price on Request.” Pricing is confirmed individually based on quantity, project scope, delivery location, and current import costs, and is only final once confirmed in writing (email or WhatsApp) by our sales team.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, discontinue products, or update specifications at any time without prior notice.

4. Quotes and Orders

  • Submitting a “Request Quote” or “Request Best Price” form does not constitute a confirmed order — it is a request for pricing information.
  • An order is confirmed only once you accept a quote in writing and, where applicable, pay the agreed token/advance amount.
  • Delivery timelines communicated at the time of quoting are estimates and may vary depending on manufacturing, customs, and logistics factors outside our control.

5. Payments

  • Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
  • Full or partial advance payment (token amount) may be required before production or shipment begins, as agreed at the time of order confirmation.
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated, and are inclusive of applicable import costs as described at the time of quoting, unless specified otherwise.

6. Cancellations, Refunds, and Returns

Order cancellations, refunds, and returns are governed by our separate Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Delivery

  • We deliver across India to the address confirmed at the time of order.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by location, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Please inspect your shipment at the time of delivery wherever possible, and report any visible damage immediately per our Refund and Returns Policy.

8. Dealer and Bulk Orders

  • Dealers and bulk/project buyers may be subject to additional terms set out in a separate dealer agreement or purchase order, which will take precedence over these Terms in case of conflict.
  • Becoming a dealer does not create any exclusivity, agency, partnership, or franchise relationship unless explicitly agreed in writing.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, and product photography — is owned by or licensed to Vivavasca and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • To the extent permitted by law, Vivavasca is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or delayed/incorrect delivery, beyond the value of the order in question.
  • We are not responsible for installation carried out by third parties not engaged directly by us, unless install support was explicitly included in your confirmed order.
